It's so doing 19 hr fast 5 hr eat but not loosing xx any idea please xx
How long have you been doing this for & do you track what you eat? Maybe if you post a couple of days food, someone may be able to suggest something to change?
Thankyou well I basically have 2 large meals in my 5 hours eggs bacon and tomatoes and chicken veg and some boiled pots xx 2 cups of tea no auger 1% milk xxx help :-/ xxx
The guy who wrote the book on Fast 5 does say not to expect any weight loss in the first 3 weeks and then to only expect about a pound a week. If you have a facebook account there is a page just for Fast 5 that the guy who wrote the book goes on so maybe you could post your question on there and some of the pros could give you more help?
