Calorie Counting is a great diet or I think of it more as a lifestyle now than a diet.

Have you got the My Fitness Pal app on your phone? I use it every day and it helps me track everything single calorie. If you've not got it, it is well worth getting.

Day three for me and still not really settled in to my diet plan ,,whatever that is ,went too bed with a handful of biscuits !!! I’m plodding on though,

Good morning.

Biscuits are the worse thing to have as a treat as they are really high calorie. Once you get into a routine you'll be fine, it just takes a while to get your head around everything.

was a very busy weekend having new kitchen worktop and sink fitted ,,you would think keep me out of kitchen but didn’t quite work like that lol,kept looking for things to eat cos couldn’t get in kitchen !!
,I’m not leaving forum though ,will try again tomorrow ,,
