hey guys. well i am still going to be at work for 4.5 hours. soooo depressing, ha. i am 2.5 litres down and will have had at least 3 by the time i leave tonight. i have had a bar and some porridge and have a tetra with me ready to go. am going to have it split into two hot chocolates. half a mug of tetra topped with hot water is gorgeous

10 hour days, but i do get 3 days off as a result and i didn't have my first pack until about 1 because of today. first time i've had to do it in a long time and it was hard!! ha. it also means that i've had more than my fair share of coffee today, and i'll probably have another shortly to keep me going until i can have my hot chocolate around 9 i think... i had my ss+ treat day yesterday... soooo should have kept it until today, hee.
