Tuesday Hour X Hour

LOL- yeah i know what you mean BL-
There were a couple of new RTM starters in my group last night and they was asking for advise.
The only thing I will say to those starting RTM is not to count calories. Thats the mistake that I made and thats why I thought that you could swap and change things. IT DEFO DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT! lol!
I knew deep down that it didnt but I guess that was my rebellious child hehe.
Yeah corn on the cob is a life saver. Especially with all of these BBQ's! hehe.
I just bring a couple along and munch on those with a bit of chicken and salad and nobody knows any different!
I think its week 5 you can have corn on the cob. I often have one for lunch with a cup of soup- they really are my favourite veg!
Rtm is fine as long as you stick to the rules and dont adjust it like I did!
