Well done Lauren, Shinnyr, Mother Noah, Summer, SadakoStacey, Cass and carlyb!!! All fab losses getting us closer :) hope those near awards get them next week

I lost 4lbs so that's 20lbs in 8 weeks! :D xx

I did 1lb this week, and I'd been away for the weekend to a wonderful wedding, so that's 10.5 in 6 weeks, half a pound more and I've done my 5%

Well done everyone, it's so encouraging reading all the losses, gives us all something to aim for.

Hard to imagine you'll have losses each week when your just starting out like me lol

I'm really worried about tomorrow night - girly sleepover night. I've saved all my weeklies so I can have some chinese and some wine, but I'm worried that once I get a bit tipsy I just go off the rails :(
