Well I put on 1lb!!! Not surprised as I have hardly eaten a thing all week due to this cold bug. But it's all ok because next week will bring a good loss .... feeling much better the last couple of days so hopefully things will fall back in to place

Think ive lost 2lbs but my scales are a bit dodgy on my kitchen floor, cus its not even :S gunna have to make sure i weigh in the exact same place next week!!! On better scales i probs weigh like 10lbs more aha x
