Was just wondering what exercises are best at shedding tummy fat. I know it's mainly CV work you need to do to get rid of it, but should I be doing resistance work too?
Google for the best explination of them. There's 2 sorts that really help; the regular ones, lifting your head and shoulders up and then the reverse ones where you lie flat with your knees bent and raised and curl up lifting your bum and hips off the floor.
