On EE
Roast some veggies sprayed with frylight and then add a tin of tomatoes, tuna and some cooked pasta, if you have your HexA left top with that and bake til the cheese melts.
Fill a baked potato (on red this could be a HexB) and fill with tuna mixed with fat free fromage frais ( you could add some lemon juice or curry powder to add abit of flavour) serve with salad.

Tuna mixed with a table spoon of natural yoghurt and lemon juice. Then mix in a little gem lettuce chopped up apple and celery all mixed together it's yummy
