1 tin of tuna, drained
Chopped Tomatoes

Cook pasta, cool. In a bowl, mix tuna, fromage frais, onions, tomatoes and Chilli. Add pasta, stir and then season to taste. Thats yummy. x

I just had a tuna, onion and cheese melt...yum!
That looks lush! Also, I'm so pleased to see someone else organises their food (on the right) like I do! :8855:

Is that cheese your HEXA? I use 42g Mozzarella almost exclusively but that looks like more than the amount I get!

Silly question alert as I've only ever had butty shop made tuna melts. How do I do one. Is it as easy as mixing the tuna and onion together, warming it under the grill and then popping it back under with the cheese on top:eek:

I do a tuna nicoise type thing. Little gem lettuce, cold boiled new pots (normally find 1/2 a hex b does it for me), tuna, green beans, thinly sliced red onions, grated parmesan (again about a 1.2 hex a ), a fat free dressing and if I have syns to spare a few olives.

Fills an enormous plate too which is always satisfying! :)
