Tuna

    Im in slimming world and would love to know if anyone has any recipes i could use for tuna as a lunch :)

    Tuna pasta Salad:

    1 tin of tuna, drained
    Pasta
    Chopped Tomatoes
    Spring Onions - chopped
    Chilli Flakes - sprinkle
    Fromage Frais

    Cook pasta, cool. In a bowl, mix tuna,fromage frais, onions, tomatoes and Chilli. Add pasta, stir and then season to taste. Thats yummy. x

    I've just made tuna lasgne don't like tuna myself but will ask the family what they thing later

    That looks lush! Also, I'm so pleased to see someone else organises their food (on the right) like I do! :8855:

    Is that cheese your HEXA? I use 42g Mozzarella almost exclusively but that looks like more than the amount I get!

    Silly question alert as I've only ever had butty shop made tuna melts. How do I do one. Is it as easy as mixing the tuna and onion together, warming it under the grill and then popping it back under with the cheese on top:eek:

    I do a tuna nicoise type thing. Little gem lettuce, cold boiled new pots (normally find 1/2 a hex b does it for me), tuna, green beans, thinly sliced red onions, grated parmesan (again about a 1.2 hex a ), a fat free dressing and if I have syns to spare a few olives.

    Fills an enormous plate too which is always satisfying! :)
