I know that I can eat tuna but does anyone not worry about mercury levels? I eat it probably once every 2 days and I'm concerned about the other effects

Can't resist a tin of tuna with mayo and onion though!!!

ive jsut started atkins again after a major break (and weight gain)
tuna was definately a weekly meal for me last time and will be again.

    my fav is tuna fishcakes.

just mix up a can of tuna wil a medium egg, add some dried onion and garlic powder, some dried herbs, mould into patties and fry for a few mins either side. delicous with some mixed leaves and a little mayo. x

I love tuna more than any other fish and could not exist on Atkins without it, would eat it every day if I could but find it very expensive these days unless it is on offer somewhere.
