Cruise PP turkey meatballs

Tried this tonight and it was yummy

500g lean turkey mince
1 small onion finely chopped
Pinch Ginger
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls oatbran
50g finely chopped ham
2 specs finely chopped parsley

Soften onion in a frying pan on a very low heat - do not colour it
Mix all the other ingred in a bowl and then add onion.
Mould into small pingpong ball sized balls and dry fry on medium to low heat.
Lovely with stir fry veg if a PV day xx

Sounds lovely, will have to give it a try, I have some turkey mince in the fridge, may make this tonight.

This sounds really nice, could also be made with minced chicken

Im going to try making some of these, I have turkey mince and don't know what to make with it! What do you use as a sauce, just a tomato based one like a normal bolognese or something?
