Hello!
I made some STUNNING turkey burgers today using tesco mince (6% fat). I'm doing a red day and had about 300g of the meat over 2 meals. Does the fat content mean that I would have to syn it? If so, how much?
Btw for the burgers, I mixed the mince with 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp red chillies, 1 egg yolk, juice and zest of half a lemon and seasoning. Fried off in fry light for a bit of colour then finished in the oven. Bloomin lovely with salad!
