Turkey- recipie ideas?

Have got a turkey steak and some veggies tonight.. Any ideas how to liven it up? Stir fry? Stroganoff ?

I made a yummy turkey curry yesterday with squash, cauliflower, grated apple, garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes, curry spices, wee bit of stock and added some garam masala and ff fromage frais....really delish
