Twenty Four and a half and a half at Twenty Three and a half

Apologies, I just wanted a confusing title :D

So, I finished Uni, and realised that I was horribly overweight.

24 and a half Stone, and half a pound.

Or 343.5 pounds.

For me, the tipping point was my graduation photo. I looked horrible and it really got me down, so I decided to make a change. That was on the 4th August, 2011.

I appreciate that today is the 7th of September, so to bring you up to speed, this is what I have lost

Week 1: 5lb lost. Total: 5lb. Current weight 338.5lb
Week 2: 4.5lb lost. Total 9.5lb. Current Weight 334lb
Week 3: 4lb lost. Total 13.5lb. Current weight 330lb
Week 4: 2lb lost. Total 15.5lb. Current weight: 328lb
Week 5: 2lb lost. Total 17.5lb. Current weight: 326lb

I'll keep this updated with my weigh in's (Slimming world, class is at 9:30am...Bright and early, one of the harder student habits to break!)

As for this week, not expecting a good week weight loss wise. Had a horrible week due to a lot of things going on, and although I kept within sins most days, I did tend to eat late at night, as opposed to regular meals. Ah well!

hi steve i have just said hi to you in introductions but then saw this post, hopefully u will still have a loss of some sort next weigh in, i like to snack at night so save my syns for this time also have a hi-fi bar then as well feels like i'm being naughty when i'm not really lol anyway good luck losing the lbs xx
