Twice weekly weigh-in- good/bad idea?

Hello!

I go to a Slimming world group on Wednesdays but didn't go this week after a week of massive binges so I weighed at home. I'm horrified with the result and want to do another home weigh-in on Sunday to give me a mid-week target. I think it should be possible to lose 0.5 pound (if I undereat by 600 calories per day). Is this a bad plan?

Does anyone else weigh 2x weekly?

I know it's hard but don't think about calories, I found it really difficult at the start too but if you follow the plan you should be ok.
I weigh multiple times everyday but it's obsessive and not good,if you haven't become a scale freak like me I would say stick to once a week. :)

i weigh every day and record what i weigh, always have - always will. I don't go to any SW classes.
