I have had a couple of extra rest days on the 30 day challenge ( although nt much resting was done lol ) but even when i DID do it the other day it said i hadn't and i was most put out by it as i was well on track before that

Hi all

Went a little off track yesterday afternoon, had 3.5 points of celebration chocolate (only 4!) so just had 4 fishfingers for dinner. Plus did my EA Active and almost died of heat exhaustion so that should help.

Scales are half a pound up this morning compared to same time last week, so not hopeful for Wednesday - but we will see.

The Pool table arrived for our garden room this morning ... DH thinks all his xmas's have come at once - men are so easy to please!

Hi hon I'm sure you burnt or sweated off the choccy ...boy this humid heat is a killer! I love the sun but not this humidity infact we've had no sun down here at all today but its still silly hot!

Your garden room sounds great - and yep ur dead right men are easily pleased - its us women that require a bit of brain work to fathom

My oh would love a pool table too twiggs!& on the plus side if i had a garden room he could buggar off up there when he annoyed me!

Yep Take That were amazing!! I'm not the biggest fan in the world tbh, but the show was fantastic! And yes I weighed less this morning lol
