ever since I started this diet I keep twitching. It's driving me nutty. I'm not having any more caffeine or anything. Has anyone else had this?

sometimes twitching is down to salt imbalance ...........are you eating lots of bacon ??? porkies ..stuff like that

if it persists get it checked out at a pharmacy

Twitching is a muscle spasm. Like Missy said its due to salt/sodium intake. See the "cramp" thread for a few ideas.

If you are drinking loads of water you may be leaching the salt/sodium out, I'd definitely say it was a salt imbalance, but which way. ?
