Ive been a SW diet girl on and off for around 15 years - I really dont know why i end up falling off the wagon and putting all my losses back on again but i do!!:cry:
Im planning to start again tomorrow (for the 100th time ) and Im hoping posting my food diary will help me keep motivated and stay on track. Any encouragement and advise on my diary will be gratefully received.
I am a Green day fan so have stocked up on pasta spuds and cous cous!!
