Hey guys!
As some of you know, I have been doing Slimming World for a while now. My sister has been doing Weight Watchers on and off for a couple of years, but has gotten back on the wagon this week.
And then there's my Mum who eats 'normally'.
It can be quite frustrating at times! And I can really see the difference between the diets. We were laughing the other day saying that SW want you to eat lots of fruit, veg, and meals made from scratch, whereas WW seems to want you to eat chocolate, cake, ready meals, and drink alcohol
Has anyone else had experience like this? Any tips of how to get along??
