Two pound off and not tracked anything!!

Am so pleased! Lost two pound this week! Haven't tracked anything since last Sunday so was expecting at best a sts!

I did that once... lost a couple on a non tracking week, then the following week I was really good, tracked everything, ate loads of freaking salad (not my favourite thing) and I only lost half a pound ._.

Weird how these things work eh?
