So here I am wanting to share my weight loss journey with you all...
I had the intention of starting in january this year but somehow didn't continue as i had numerous things getting in the way and just felt i couldn't commit to this kind of diet for various reasons be that work commitments, social life, fitting this kind of diet into family life etc etc... but i need to do something NOW not tomm not next week or next month but NOW ... i feel in the right headspace i guess so I'm going to start my packs tomm (sunday 5th may 2013) i need to lose 3 stone and maintain...and with the help of you guys im sure i can achieve it
So i shall see you all first thing tomm morning - cant wait
