I am hoping to start WW, and was just wondering what your typical daily food is with your points allowance? Like what you have for breakfast and how many points you use, same for lunch and dinner.
Hoping to get some ideas.
have a browse thru the food diaries you'll get loads of ideas there. my daily allowance is 23 an i usually have 3 or 4 for breakfat , 6 ish for lunch and 7ish for dinner, leaving some for snacks and puds or treats
