To all of you out there who have reached your goal and are maintaining, I'm curious to know what an average day's menu would be.
Do you count calories or simply watch your carbs/what you eat ?

Can you give an example of what you would eat in a day please?

I know that if I go back to my old ways when I've shifted this lot then it will all go straight back on plus more, like it did the last time. :cry:
