I been on this diet since jan 3 and I've lost 11 pounds. But im stuck and can't loose any more. I exercises daily u burn 500 calories a day and have not cheated once! Any advice to loose more? Annd not get discouraged? I get irritated cuz I starred off at 215 and thus morning I wad 202.8 now 204.6.... I just want outta the 200 and to b 160 again. But I've been stuck for about 10 days :( any help n advice?

Thank you. I've had everything from pasta to g chi ken to sloppy joes to healthy meals. I do not think I've eaten the same dinner twice yet lol. Im just irritated that im doing everything the same n not loosing

Thank you. Yes I don't understand y ppl gain when they duet n exercise when it's clearly not muscle. I work so hard to loose 2 pounds n in one day I can gain ut back"!!! I don't get it??? Specially when I've never even" cheated" lol. Well I hope u can loose more weight

recheck your portion sizes its so easy to let them creep back up
