Uncle Bens Korma sauce

Hi

I have looked but can only find a syn value from 2011 & it may have changed since then.
How many syns in Uncle Bens Korma sauce? I promised the kids chicken Korma tonight & don't want to let them down!!!

I may be able to plan it into my syns if I am good

I'm not sure hun but I expect they would be high.

There are loads of SW friendly korma recipes around if you fancy making a syn free version. Here's one from the mag that I'm yet to try! (hope you can see that)

You know what I might do is let the boys have the sauce that I have already bought & I will have the chicken with some indian spices and a fat free cucumber/yogurt dip

More syns for other stuff! (Or a bit of Naan bread!!!)
