Uncle bens - real time pots

Does anyone know how many syns the uncle bens real times rice pots are?
They look good for a quick dinner but i dont want to buy one and it have massive syn value

I've had the Cantonese one so far - delish.

I've got the Sweet & Sour + Mexican Chilli lurking in my desk for next week.

Tesco have them on offer at £1 each - Asda £1.97.

they are quick and easy. i had sweet and sour one. i cooked some chicken and extra veg with mine.

Oh dear - it's probably just me but I found the Mexican chilli just a tadge too spicy. I felt a bit sorry for my afternoon customers

The S&S and Cantonese are lovely though.

Out Tesco is continually out of stock so they must be going down pretty well.

Find the s&s just a little too sweet and sickly but absolutely love the cantonese version just stocked up in asda today yum!!

Surprisingly enough they really fill you up!

I tend not to need to snack in the afternoon if I have one.

i have just bought a s & s one to try going to add sweetcorn & garden peas to bulk it up a bit i can't find the cantonese any where they must be very popular

i was lucky i spotted then in my local shop 2 for £2 but only had s&s and chilli one have just tried the s&s one its yummy i was surprised how filling it was i also thought it didn't look very big- would be nice with prawns or pork

Just had my first Rice Time for lunch - the sweet & sour one - syn free and fab! Added a bit of chicken - has really filled me up! Will invest in a few for my desk at work.

Havent tried these yet.... I use Asda, wjhen they were new and on special, they didn;t have any, and now, they're around 2quid...bah
