Just work out how many syns you need to allow for it and then deduct them from your weekly allowance. if you've gone over 16 then cutting back a bit on other days will cover it

How many syns do you have a day? I am trying to keep between 5-10! Xx

Aim for between 10 and 15 a day but I would start with 15 and see how it goes.
