understanding the forum

HELP!

I have no idea how these forums work. When I post, how do I know if anyone saw it? If anyone replied? How do I get one of those amazing weight loss charts onto my profile. Could anyone help me to navigate the forum or give me a few tips.

To put a ticker in your signature follow Pierce's instructions

Any threads you start/comment on become 'subscribed threads'. When you log on click on 'UserCP' at the top left and it will list all subscribed threads that have been commented o since you last saw it. Hope that helps x
