My current BMI is 25.03 and have lost about 19 lb so far in 5.4 weeks. The weight has dropped off from my foot, calf muscles, thighs, hips, little around my waist & bust, my face and little in my upper arms. When I look at the mirror, my body shape appears to be aboslutely weird. Most of my lower body appears to be slim, but my upper body ie upper stomach, bust, upper arms, chest and shoulders are still very bulky and look like am still overweight! Did any of you notice this? When does it start becoming all uniform? I need to hear some motivating news as Im losing my patience a little.. :cry:
