Hi I had to eat today and I ate chicken lettuce and a tomatoe- oh and I had salt and vinegar!! I knew I had to eat and I can honestly say when I looked at the menue it all went away!!! I chose a cesara's salad with no dressing or crutons, so basically it was the above.. I didn't feel full I ate it all so i'm a little worried what will happen now.. Will I come out of ketosis because I added a tomatoe and lettuce???? I know I should have asked all these questions on Tuesday but to be honest I was so busy fighting for my 3 weeks I clean forgot to ask. Please can someone let me know if its going to be hell and if and what I ate was wrong. Thank Sam
