Unsure if I did ok???

Hi I had to eat today and I ate chicken lettuce and a tomatoe- oh and I had salt and vinegar!! I knew I had to eat and I can honestly say when I looked at the menue it all went away!!! I chose a cesara's salad with no dressing or crutons, so basically it was the above.. I didn't feel full I ate it all so i'm a little worried what will happen now.. Will I come out of ketosis because I added a tomatoe and lettuce???? I know I should have asked all these questions on Tuesday but to be honest I was so busy fighting for my 3 weeks I clean forgot to ask. Please can someone let me know if its going to be hell and if and what I ate was wrong. Thank Sam

Out of all those, tomatoes are probably the biggest villains carb-wise but I wouldn't get too worried about it: what will be will be so now just continue the diet as normal. :)

I agree, i don't think you will have done much damage at all hun. I hope you're not getting yourself into too much of a state about this?

YOU HAVE NO REASON TO DO THAT. WE ARE ALL HUMAN. IT'S DONE. FORGET IT AND FOCUS ON TOMMOROW.

Thank you lacey, I know it sounds silly because we are human but I stuck to this 100% up until today and i'm a little worried about tomorrow. Its funny I tried not to show my panic about the food but I guess you guys on here know how it goes and noticed. Thank you so much again.

When you been doing something 100% and then you have a slight blip(being human), it's sometimes hard to see the glass half full and not half empty thing. We crucify ourselves and think we've blown it all. YOU HAVEN'T AT ALL.

Your glass is more than half full hun...tommorow is a new day (as Scarlett would say!!:D )
