Just to update everyone.....Hubby is still doin good on the JUDDDD. :) I don't think he is gonna WI until next Tuesday also....

Soooo... We will see! :)

Also... I have my DD planned for tomorrow....

What are you gonna have tomorrow for your UD/DD meals?

Im gonna have....
Coffee with cinnamon -0
Yogurt - 80
1 piece of light toast - 40
I can't believe its not butter spray - 0
Cinnamon and 1 tsp of sugar - 15
1 Soup at hand container - 70
1 piece of light toast - 40

2 hard taco shells - 120
Onions and tomatos - 0
2 tbsp of light sour cream - 40
Salsa - 20
1/4 cup of refried beans - 60

Total 500! LOL

If I feel like I REALLY need something else, I might snack on some pretzels for 100 more cals, which will bring my day to a total of 600......... (Or maybe I will cut something out in my menu to make up for it... I dont know... This is just my plan for tomorrow.... We will see how it goes!)

for Saturday its going to be a med day for me

I will have a nice cuppa in the morning
scrambled egg on toast

lunch unsure yet

dinner will be the same as last night but I have found a different burger in the freezer so the meal will be 330 cals

as its a med day it leaves me a god number of cals to play with for lunch

UD for me today.

Lunch My friend and I are taking the kids out to soft play. May have something there - which I NEVER normally do.
Dinner - will see how I feel later
