Update On weightloss!

Not been on for a while, But just thought I would update you on my weight loss so far, I had a target of 20 stone by Christmas which I sailed through I am 2 pounds off 19 stone... so far that's Nearly 7 stones weight loss in total which I am pleased with. lovin' all the compliments also All I can say is stick with this diet It is the best diet you will ever come across...It is changing my life and I'm getting more and more healthier, So keep going and do yourself proud!!
