It is now the flex plan, still on points but a lot of food are zero pointed eg chicken turkey tuna salmon eggs. I not sure on much else but thinking of rejoining myself xx

It's pretty flexible. You get a daily points allowance but the list of no-points foods is massive (much more like the Slimming World free foods...but not the same!). You also earn fit points, which you can save or eat.
