upload failed. please help.

i amtrying to get my piccy on here and in my user cp it shows my piccy but it wont come out when i post, any ideas anyone? it says upload of file failed.
but its there, i can see it. aghhhhhhhhhh

Lynjo, if the piccie is too big it wont upload, might be worth resizing it and trying that!
