I have had an upset tummy today, should I avoid my next two shakes or risk it and take them? I feel ok in myself but have had a bad dose of the runs(Apologies for TMI)
Should I just stick to water until tomorrow?
I had a 48 hour virus at the weekend and i just couldn't manage all my shakes .. i tried but after one i realised it was pointless as they wasn't staying down.
If you feel that bad (like i did) i would just stay hydrated and see how you feel tomorrow x
