Im just about to tuck into some ryvita sunflower seed and ots ryvitas, i dont have the sw password this week or have my bible on me, can anyone tell me how many syns they are each or if i can have any as Healthy extras??? ive not had any healthy extras yet today x thanx x x x im hungry!! x
