Used all weeklies gone over dailies

Draw a line under it and start a fresh tomorrow. If you've not had dinner yet today try have something free - salad or free soup to limit any more pp. if you can't do that then albeit you're over your daily etc still have something to eat as you can't starve but make it as low pp as you can. Also, don't beat yourself up...we've pretty much all done it :)
 
Exactly what ajr said....draw a line under it, don't panic and have something low or free for dinner :) Maybe do some extra exercise to make up for it if you can? Everyone does it sometimes...nobody is perfect ;)
