Utter disapointment... :(

Last night my two best friends and i headed off to body pump - we where 10 minutes late - and got told we couldnt attend!!! :(
So we hae re booked it for this sunday at 4.00pm :)

This week has been pretty rubbish - me and the o/h have been arguing - just a typical bloke that doesnt think before he opens his mouth.

So missing my class p***ed me off, and we headed to the pub, We had a bottle of white between us - i had two small glasses with soda water.

Then we headed to an all you can eat chinese :cry: :cry:

I pigged out!!!

Was on red so suck to meat - but no doubt it help !!!

after stuffing my face - getting home with a painfull stomach from eating too much and having some wine i broke down!!!:(

I know alcohol makes me amotional some times and when i get upset i tend to bing eat - i started to feel guilty for eating all that i did, and also reflecting on the upset caused by me and my o/h falling out!!!

I feel utter rubbish today - my stomach is killing me, havent heard from the o/h and i'm stupidly busy at work!

Cant wait for this week to end, its been utter rubbish :(

We all have days like that but tomorrow (today) is another day, write off everything that happened tomorrow, get home and chill out. You and the OH will be fine xx

Hugs to you babe. Its always the same isn't it, a little wave rocks the boat and we have to make it into the wildest storm ever. It is so easy to let thing escalate from something we can choose to handle to something that we choose to let control us. You should have chosen to just accept you couldn't do the class, gone out for a drink with friends and had a good time. Instead what happened? You chose to have the drink and then punnish yourself beyond belief by eating too much. Did you deserve that punnishment, I doubt it very much, no body deserves it. Now, today is a new day, its the start of the weekend, lets not ruin that as well. Put all this behind you, forgett about it and just start again from now. You deserve to be good to yourself, achieveing your goals and being happy. Nothing and nobody are worth spoiling your goals for and you must not let it/them get in the way. You requirements are the most important so put yourself first and stop punninshing yourself. I'm sure you will be as steady as a rock with a little bit of effort today and get today over with and the rest of the weekend will be a breeze. xx
