Utterly confused on philadelphia rules....

Hi everyone,

Today is my first day back on slimming world and had all being going well until I looked on here and discovered philly can sometimes be a healthy extra and sometimes isn't.:break_diet:

I'm trying to cheat and do it from home without the classes to save pennies and have a book from December last year - which doesn't mention philly as a healthy extra.

I wonder if anyone could let me know when it is and when it isn't a healthy extra? Particularly on green days and extra easy and if it's an 'A' choice or a 'B' choice... so tied up in knots and there seems to be lots of conflicting advice on it.

I'm so hoping it is a choice as I think I'm the only person in the world that finds it hard to use their healthy extra's up - which i'm not sure is the end of the world but feel like I should try to have them at least!

you can have light philli as an A on all plans 71g just plain one thou and a B on green days 71g light, 100g extra light including flavoured ones
