Hoping I'm not too late to join this as I really need some motivation. Never done SW before but definitely a veteran of many, many, MANY different diets so decided I'd try SW as a good friend of mine had great results on the Extra Easy plan last year and to be honest has been a huge inspiration to me! I'm not starting till next week so I will only have 5 WI's before v day so I hope I'm being reasonable by setting myself a 10lbs loss in 5 weeks?
