    jus do some exercise and stick to your points and that will fly down in no time :D

    excercise

    hi i dont excercise much due to back probs which i think lets me down so have bought a recuberant excercise bike have been doing 6 to 8 miles each day hoping it will help to tone my legs up i lost 4lb the first week only lost 1/2 last week but know where i went wrong so am making a few changes this week :wave_cry:

    had really bad day yesterday ate for england don't know why so annoyed at myself trying to cut back today get weighed tomorrow if i've put weight on only got myself to blame
