hi i dont excercise much due to back probs which i think lets me down so have bought a recuberant excercise bike have been doing 6 to 8 miles each day hoping it will help to tone my legs up i lost 4lb the first week only lost 1/2 last week but know where i went wrong so am making a few changes this week :wave_cry:
