Veg Curry

Evening all,
made a veg curry tonight using chickpeas, sweetcorn, peppers, mushroms etc + tin of toms. Before I add some natural yog (to make it creamy), could I freze a portion? Not sure with the chickpeas??

I guess so, but just wanted to check.

Not sure Eddie, I usually eat everything I make, it doesn't make it to the freezer :eat: :giggle:

Is it your WI tonight? How did you get on?

Just wondered about the chickpeas, how they might be when defrosted etc. I'll give it a go.

ABit Batty - have made a huge portion, so at least its 1 dinner sorted for next week.

i freeze chick pea dahl all the time and its absolutely fine, no difference at all.
