    so i love my veg but sometimes i havnt got time to peel it chop and cook it all so, i had some time after work and i bought those little plastic takeaway boxes, i filled them with peas,swede,cabbage,sprouts abit of stuffing and boiled potatoes that were roasted in oven with fry light. wacked them in freezer so now i can just pull one out and put in microwave when im in a hurry :D

    Thats a great idea i never thought of doing anything like that, i also hate peeling the veg. Seems to take forever!!! Might give your idea a try, although not much room in my freezer at the moment!!

    i got the idea from a stall in the market, the man makes a sunday dinner in the little boxs and sells them for 3 quid. thought id give it a bash

    Charlotte well done...

    I always make extra of what I do and I have got a good system in my freezer too.......on those days where you are rushed or have forgotten things there is no excuse .....as you have meals already prepared and in need of just warming through :):)
