Hello, just thought I’d introduce myself.

My starting weight is 257lbs. I also have high blood pressure and am pre diabetic, not to mention several other obesity related issues. I’m 29 years old and have well and truly got myself into a right mess health wise, but I’m trying to put things right. I’ll be 30 next year and am hoping to be a healthy weight and comfortable size by then.
I started a VLCD 9 days ago -I’m vegan so having to use a combination of different brands so I have more variety- and will be doing it for (at least) 100 days then try “one meal a day” or calorie counting with intermittent fasting or something.
 
Welcome HBT! We've got a keto sub forum - which will also be a good place for intermittent fasting posts. I'm eating twice a day at the moment.

I regret not getting to and stayIng at a healthy weight when was your age. So I wish you good luck and great focus!
