vegetable flavour drink in second week

Hi Everyone,

I restared CD last Tuesday and have my first weigh in tomorrow. The only trouble is I hate the soups and I'm really craving something savoury. Do you think it would be ok to buy some veg water flavour for my second week as I'm really struggling?

A CDC will probably be along in a while to advise you but I'd personally say it's better to have the savoury drink rather than struggle.

I've been having marigold and chicken stock since week 1 of my restart and it doesn't seem to have made any difference: I'd rather do that than fall off the wagon completely.

As I said though, expert advice will probably be along soon :)
 
I've got some marigold bouillon with an orange lid do you think that would be ok as all I need is a savoury fix.....help!
 
I'm not a CDC so this isn't official advice ... but if it were me, I'd have a teaspoon in hot water rather than go mad and fall off the wagon.
