Hi,
According to the booklet on SS+ I can have 2 tablespoons of the nominated veg with my protein.
Is this really all that is allowed - I mean that is 2 sprigs of broccoli for instance!
Can anyone tell me what volume IS acceptable as it hardly seems worth it!!
