Hiya. There are loads of veggies here and I think we are all doing well.

You don't need too many carbs. Why not do green days but borrow the extra easy idea of 1/3 superfree food with each meal? That would bulk out your meals and stop you eating too many carbs.

Protein fills you up for a long time so have lots of eggs, quorn and nuts if you like them.
