vegtable oil but in spray bottle.. syns?

Hi, i still need to buy some fry light so was wondering how many syns there would be if i sprayed veg oil on a frying pan to make egg? maybe 3-4 sprays as apose to a full table spoon full.. or how many syns in a teaspoon?

an egg fried in oil is 0.5 syns, because most of the oil is left in the pan.

however using vegetable oil in a bottle will be high in syns for cooking other foods, unlike frylight which is free.

im just gona syn it at 1 to be on the safe side, i only blush the pan with oil its a good non stick pan. Defo getting more frylight soon!
