I'm hungry and it's my birthday and I passed my driving test and my mum's visiting and I'm having SOUP FOR DINNER!!!!!!
Positive choices and not celebrating with food blah blah blah but the truth is I just feel a bit put upon and deprived, and since it's me that's 'putting upon' me then the only thing standing in my way is, well, me, which isn't a very sturdy obstacle at the moment.

    Blah.
Off to have more tea & water.

P.S. Thought a vent & rant thread might be useful to others too.....

In the spirit of the thread - RANTING - why is it that some people are born liking healthy food and exercise? Why is it that as a grown up, sensible Mum, with a good job, great friends I couldnt get a grip on the thing that made me most miserable and chose to deal with it by eating more of the food that resulted in being obese and still couldnt get to grips with it?! AND why is it that I have to completely stop eating anything to be able to get grips with it now, and then will I even be at grips with it once I start again??!! oh gawd....I feel better for that :) :)
